2 cups spinach and kale 3/4 cup coconut water or coconut Milk 1/4 cup apple 1/2 banana 1 tsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp LSAC (or flax, or Chia, or maca, or oats, or protein powder.. you choose!). A date or two would also be really yummy in this one! xx |
