Oooooh save us, it's Monday again! Console yourself with this delicious green (more like purplely-brown) smoothie. Who can deny the amazingness of berries, and the cashews are the key to its creaminess.
Take 1 cup mixed berries
A big fat handful of spinach, or 2
A small handful of raw cashews
1 frozen banana (I think 1/2 avocado would also work instead of banana, which I sometimes find too sweet. Must try this!)
1/2 cup of unstweentened natural yoghurt
3/4 cup filtered water
Blend, pour, sprinkle with LSAC. Blendsational!
