easy as pie crust (Gluten, Sugar & Dairy Free)

Ridiculously simple. Healthy, wholesome ingredients. No hydrogenated oils, no margarine, no flour, no refined sugars, no crap. This is the real McCoy of pie crusts and it's done in 60 seconds! 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa or raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup raw nuts - go with cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans, or macadamia nuts - or a blend!
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup of dried pitted dates
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Then transfer to a 20cm pie dish. Using some baking paper, press it into the pan and pour desired filling on top or refrigerate until ready to use.
