Rich, healthy, decadent, refined sugar-free, dairy free chocolates. Then jazz them up with all kinds of add-ins. I made Peanut butter cups, chilli chocolate cups, Florentines, and cardamon and salt flavours. Too easy!
100g Raw Cacao Butter
6 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp natural maple syrup
Optional: A pinch of sea salt
Place the raw cacao butter in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat and melt gently. Once melted add 6 tbsp raw cacao powder and mix well using a metal whisk. Ensure the heat is low and add the maple.
Once completely melted and blended remove from heat. Your mixture should be runny and easy to pour and can be poured into paper cupcakes or silicone molds. Place in the freezer and leave to set for 20 mins or in the fridge for around 2 hours.
Get creative with orange peel, spices, nuts, goji berries, peppermint essence, Frangelico or baileys, cinnamon and vanilla - the options are endless! Add your creative ideas in the comments below!
