Take 3rd of a Lebanese cucumber, third of a pineapple (fresh or frozen), and two big handfuls of spinach, chuck in a blender, and blend!! Add water only as necessary. Then drink your delicious, mineral-rich vitamin C loaded breakfast cocktail... Without the alcohol that is!
