Are you determined not to catch the flu this winter? Want more energy and focus? Are you keen to take steps to improve your health but don't know where to start? Breakfast is the answer! If you only do one thing for your health, let it be eating more raw leafy greens in the morning! 

BUT let's be honest - we are busy people! Mornings are hectic. Bed is warm and getting out of it is COLD!

Smoothie prep makes eating breakfast like a champ easier than ever. Try it out this Sunday evening - YOU will love YOU for it.
1) prep the whole shibang (except the liquid base!... and avocados) and freeze it in a Zip-lock bag (see the photo above!) Utter Genius.
2) Freeze your fruits so they're ready to go...
