I like my appliances sleek, grunty and durable - I'm not particularly enamoured by a brand's marketing budget, but by their testimonials, warranties and track record. - An energy efficient, compact dehydrator. This is a must for raw foodies, or simply if you want to use up excess fruit & veg, making vegan 'cheeze', fruit leathers, nut and seed flours, crackers and veggie chips.
